Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease the steps of a process for laminating disc by using the same resin material for a protecting film and adhesive for the aluminum vapor-deposited surface of a disc thereby decreasing the number of resin coating steps of the process and the varieties of the resins which are used as materials. CONSTITUTION:A transparent substrate 1 is made of transparent plastics, and is formed by using the nickel stamper made on a basis of an oridingal recording disc formed with the pits corresponding to the predetermined information to be recorded. A reflection film 3 made of aluminum is vapor-deposited on the surface of said transparent substrate 1 formed with the pits 2. A protective film is formed on the reflecton film 3 of the substrate 1 and a resin is coated on two transparent substrates. The resin layer 4 formed in this way is used as a protection film for the reflection film 3 and serves as an adhesive material in the process of laminating two sheets of the transparent substrates, thereby reducing the number of process steps and reducing the production cost.
