CONSTITUTION:Optical carrier generating layer 2 of 4,10-dibromoanthrone, beta-type copper phthalocyanine, Cd or Se is formed on conductive screen 1 of stainless steel or other metal by spray coating, immersion coating, vapor deposition or other method, and carrier transferring layer 3 of 1,1-bis-[4-N,N-dibenzylaminophenyl] binder is further formed. Layers 2, 3 may be formed in the reverse order, and middle layer 7 may be laid on screen 1.
