Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a valve body in an opened one-way valve from vibration to reduce noises by forming front and rear guide shafts integrally with a valve body of the valve such as inlet valve in a washer.
CONSTITUTION: An inlet plug 21 threaded in a warm water tank 4 is formed with a guide 24 between a valve seat surface 22 and flow inlet path 23. A valve body 25 comprises a body portion 25a, front guide shaft 25b and rear guide shaft 25c formed integrally with said body portion 25a. The front guide shaft 25b has three webs 26a, 26b, 26c forming Y-shape the outer diameter of which is formed to have proper clearance between itself and the inner diameter of the guide 24. When the valve is opened, vibration of the axis of the valve body 25 is limitted by the clearance between the inner diameter of the guide 24 and the outer diameter of the front guide shaft 25b so that deviation and processional rotation of the valve body caused by pressure distiribution and flow distribution difference of water flowing in the valve can be avoided to prevent vibration.
