Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to regulate the operation as a relay device at good state at all times, by making constant the current flowing to a Zenor diode with a dummy circuit, in a photorelay device in constant voltage power supply by means of the Zenor diode. CONSTITUTION:When the output Vp of an automatic light emission output control APC circuit is increased, if the current I1 flowing to a transistor TR1 is increased, the current I2 flowing to a transistor TR2 is decreased with the signal inversion INV circuit of the dummy DM circuit, and control is made so that the sum of the both I1+I2 is almost constant. Thus, even if the bias current of laser LD in a photorelay devide is changed, since the current flowing to the Zener diode ZD2 is constant, the supply voltage to the photorelay device can almost be unchanged.
