Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide the oxide piezoelectric material having low dielectric constant and ready sintering with large coupling coefficient ratio by setting x=0.01-0.10, a=0.05-0.35 in (Pb1-aCaa)[(Me1/2Mn1/2)xTi1-x]O3 basic composition. CONSTITUTION:In the basic composition of (Pb1-aCaa)[(Me1/2Mn1/2)xTi1-x]O3, where Me signifies any of Ta and Nb, the value of the coupling coefficient Kp in the expanding direction becomes higher than 5% even if a<0.05 or a>0.35, and spurious is frequently generated. If a>0.35, the dielectric constant becomes higher than 300, which is disadvantageous in the application of the high frequency.
