CONSTITUTION:The computer C is connected to the moisture meter A. The data voltage Es of the meter A is converted into the measured moisture content Ms of digital quantity in the conversion part C1. Said moisture content Ms is compared with calculated moisture content up to the last time in the discriminating part C2 and when the moisture content Ms is smaller than the calculated moisture content, the calculted moisture content Msn of this time is computed by the operating part C3 from a prescribed related expression. In case of containing a high moisture such as green rice, abnormally higher value than that of measured value is sometimes obtained. At this time, the signal t3 shortening a working period, is outputted from the control part C5 and measurement is performed over again.
