Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve characteristics and facilitate assembly by a method wherein pole plates of the stator connected unitarily through the intermediary of a coil core part and narrow parts in the middle of a yoke formed in the shape of a closed loop are bent at the narrow parts when the coil is fitted and are restored to the original state after fitting of the coil. CONSTITUTION:The stator is constituted by the yoke 1 formed of a metal plate of high magnetic permeability into nearly the shape of a closed loop and having the structure of a monolithic plate, and at an appropriate place in the middle of the yoke, a pair of stator pole-plate parts 3 and 4 for driving a rotor 2 and the linear coil core part 7 on which the coil 5 can be put are provided, while the pole-plate parts 3 and 4 are connected unitarily through the intermediary of the narrow parts 8 and 9. The yoke 1 thus constituted is bent by about an angle of 90 deg. at the central line 17 thereof for bending, the coil 5 is put on the coil core part 7, and later the narrow parts 8 and 9 of the bent yoke 1 are restored to the original state. By this constitution, characteristics of a motor can be improved, the number of parts and of processes of assebling can be reduced and the assembly can be facilitated.
