Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a solenoid of small size having attractive force by applying an annealing process to a frame after a fixed iron core is assembled. CONSTITUTION:A frame 19 forms a rolled steel plate to be flexed by press work into a section of almost U-shape. Here the frame is folded curving in a direction at a right angle with the rolling direction. The frame 19 forms in the center of its bottom part 20 a mounting hole 21 fixing a fixed iron core member 22 by calking. Thereafter, the frame is annealed for about 6hr under a temperature condition of about 210 deg.C. Coil holding plates 28, 29, made by a bakelite plate, are built in a spread opening part 27 in one end of a metallic bobbin pipe 26. A coil part 25 is formed by mounting a coil 30 to be wound between these plates 28, 29. This coil part 25 is built into the fixed iron core 22 of the annealed frame 19. Next a rare earth permanent magnet 24 is mounted the frame 19, and assembly finished by inserting a plunger 31.
