Abstract
PURPOSE:To perfectly mix powder and fine particles by charging the powder and fine particles to be mixed in a laminar state into the multiple housing chambers provided to a compounding tank, and rotating the compounding tank thereby allowing the powder and fine particles in the respective chambers to fall successively into a hopper from a discharging port. CONSTITUTION:As a simple device of perfectly mixing multiple kinds of powder and fine particles such as feeds, a cylindrical compounding tank 1 having an inside cylinder 2 is used. The annular space constituted of the inside circumferential surface of the tank 1 and the outside circumferential surface of the inside cylinder 2 is partitioned to plural housing chambers 4 longitudinally by means of multiple partition walls 3. Various kinds of powder and fine particles A-F are charged in a laminar state from a distributing chute 17 into the respective chambers 4. Next, the damper 14 in the lower part of the compounding tank 1 is opened and the tank 1 is rotated at a predetermined angle to turn the outlet of one chamber 4 onto a discharging port 13, thence the powder and fine particles A-F in that housing chamber are dropped into a hopper 12 whereby these are mixed. Next, the tank 1 is successively rotated by each predetermined angle to move the outlets of the other housing chamber successively to over the discharging port 13, through which the powder and fine particles are dropped into the hopper 12 and the entire part thereof are thereby perfectly mixed.
