CONSTITUTION: A three-phase signal generator 5 inputs the output 102 sent from a frequency divider 2 and outputs a three-phase signal 105. A delta wave generator 4 inputs a synchronizing signal 103 sent from a selector 3 and outputs a delta wave signal 104. A pulse width modulator 8a outputs a chopper signal 108a with which a chopping is performed for the three-phase signal 105 in proportion to the relations of the large and small sizes between the delta wave signal 104 and the inverter output voltage command signal Vref1. The three-phase signal generator 9 outputs the three-phase signal 109 with the delayed time corresponding to a half cycle of the synchronizing signal 103 than the three-phase signal 105 in accordance with the output signal 110 of a delay circuit 10. The chopping is given to the three-phase signal 109 in accordance with the chopping signal 108b outputted from the pulse width modulator 8b.
