Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase the transmittance of electric wave, adhesive property and weather resistance, by coating a compound obtained by mixing the inorganic filler, colorant and crosslinking agent into a hydrogen additive of polybutadiene liquid rubber onto both surfaces of the woven fabric of aramide fiber. CONSTITUTION:A composition of the polybutadiene liquid rubber's hydrogen additive which is to be formed into a surface coating rubber layer, inorganic filler, colorant and crosslinking agent is obtained through an operation of a tightly closed type forcible mixer or a heating stirring bath. This composition is then coated on both surfaces of the woven fabric of aramide fiber to obtain the film material 4 through a vulcanizing process. The film material 4 is stretched on the metal frame 3, a reinforcement member, to form the panel 2.
