Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the high level output drop of a semiconductor integrated circuit by independently wiring the power supply lines of both a push-pull output stage having enhancement type transistors and a NOT logic circuit. CONSTITUTION:The power supply portion 2 of transistors Q1, Q2 forming a logic gate is connected through a wire 2a to a power supply terminal VCC, and the power supply portion 5 of transistors Q3, Q4 forming a push-pull output stage is connected through an another wire 5a to the power supply terminal VCC. Even if the power supply portion 2 is slightly varied in the gate circuit, if the potential of the output terminal 3 does not erroneously operate the enhancement type transistor Q4, the output amplitude can be sufficiently increased according to this configuration by retaining the potential of the power supply portion 5 at VCC. Since the current of the wire 5a is small amount, it can reduce the width of its conductor.
