Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce the temperature change of cooling water which is supplied to a nuclear reactor container by providing a bleeder which guides the steam in the nuclear reactor container to a supply heater without using a turbine and the supply control means of this steam.
CONSTITUTION: The second bleeder 21 that guides the steam in a nuclear reactor container 1 to a supply heater 10 without using a turbine 4 is provided. When the steam amount in the first bleeder 7 does not reach the required amount which heats the cooling water by the supply heater 10, the steam in the nuclear reactor container 1 is supplied to the supply heater 10 through the second bleeder 21. When the steam amount in the first bleeder 7 reaches the preset amount, the supply of the steam is stopped via the second bleeder 21 using a control valve 20. This can reduce the temperature change of cooling water.
