Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the dispersion of a refrigerant in a liquid phase and imporve the cooling efficiency of a core by forming a porous insulating member having affinity with the refrigerant in a shape that is contacted with the core. CONSTITUTION:An insulating member 3 arranged so as to contact with a fixed surface of a core 1 is formed by a porous insulating material havig affinity with a refrigerant in a liquid phase. When the refrigerant in the liquid phase is sprinkled over an upper section of the core 1 from a sprinkler, the one section infiltrates into the insulating member 3, and is dispersed by capillarity. Thus, the refrigerant is easily moved even in the horizontal direction, and the refrigerant in the liquid phase is uniformly supplied on to the surface of the core 1.
