Abstract
PURPOSE: To make the titled beam possible to be manufactured in good workability, by bending the middle point of the web of an H-beam along its longitude into the right angle, and by butt welding the right angled web corners of a couple of thus formed L-beams.
CONSTITUTION: The middle point of an H-beams 1's web 2 is bent into the right angle along the longitude of web 2 by a press machine; hereby, a flanged L-beam 3 is prepared as a member of the titled crisscross-beam. Next, the right angled web corners 4 of a couple of thus formed flanges L-beams 3 are butted so as to form a crisscross section with the webs 2, and the outer surfaces of thus butted web corners 4 are welded 5 to finish a flanged crisscross-beam.
