Abstract

PURPOSE:To feed operating power and transmit the information signal simultaneously with a cheap constitution, by causing the slave station to separate and take out power and the information signal by the turn-on and off signal based on the information signal transmitted from the master station. CONSTITUTION:When the digital information signal is applied to terminal (a) of master station 10, this signal is sent to switching circuit 12. Since the power source voltage is applied to terminal (b) of this circuit 12, circuit 12 turns on or off the power source voltage according to the information signal and outputs it. The output of master station 10 is transmitted to slave station 14 through transmission line 13. Slave station 14 smoothes this signal through smoothing circuit 15 and takes out it from terminal (d) as operating power and utilizes it, and obtains the information signal through receiver 16 from terminal (c).
