Abstract
PURPOSE:To perform reception bringing the transmission and reception terminals of an insulating transformer under short control while sending the pulse signal of a bipolar signal by turns between stations circuit-connected under the control over the transmission and reception terminals of the insulating transformer without using a hybrid circuit.
