Abstract
PURPOSE:To enhance the speed detecting accuracy by detecting the rotating speed of the dynamotor according to the density of the output pulse of a position detector. CONSTITUTION:Three-phase AC voltage from a starting transformer 1 is applied through a power reactor 2, a power inverter 3 and a starting breaker 152 to the dynamotor 5. The power inverter phase control device 4 controls the power inverter 3 in response to the position detected pulse. The speed control unit 7 counts the position detecting pulses generates for a predetermined time to thereby detect the rotating speed of the dynamotor and produces a deviation signal from a reference value to a current control unit 8 for controlling the power converter 2. Thus, the resolution of the rotating speed can be improved to accelerate the responsiveness of the control unit.
