Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the contact reaction efficiency without using any special means by providing one or two or more sheets of suction guide blade plates extending radially to the inner side below a rotator provided with blades, to the reaction apparatus consisting of gas suction pipe, said rotator etc. CONSTITUTION:To a known gas-contact reaction vessel 1 which revolves an impeller 2 by a shaft 3 and sucks gas into a stand pipe 4 are fixed and installed one or two or more sheets of suction guide plates 8-8'' below the impeller 2. This results in considerably increased suction amount of gas into the stand pipe 4 and has the effect that gas bubbles become finer. In this way, a large amount of gas is introduced into the vessel and gas bubbles are fined without increasing the revolving speed of the impeller 2 and by keeping the increase in power quantity to an extremely small level, whereby the gas-liquid contact reaction efficiency may be improved.
