This forecast of each transportation time is obtained from the speed of carrier table, rate of speed change, rolling schedules for the roughing and finishing mills, etc. Additionally to this, the gap time and clearance time at each spot are determined as the restriction, and the minimum pitch is calculated according to the LP method.
