Abstract
PURPOSE: To interrupt cleaning operation without causing corrosion, by carrying out washing with water after washing with chemicals, and then contacting inert gas or water containing anticorrosive agent.
CONSTITUTION: After flushing water through temporary cleaing piping, water is filled therein and circulated in the piping while heating water at the same time. Water in the piping is added with anticorrosive agent and kept in this state for a while. Then, after blowing water completely, the system is cleaned by circulating ammonia solution. After blowing ammonia solution completely, the system is washed with water of about 60°C. Subsequently, after blowing water completely, the system is filled with water, and it is circulated through the system with anticorrosive agent being added thereto and heated with hot air or the like while keeping density of anticorrosive agent uniform. Here, concentration of copper ions in water is kept at a level lower than 10ppm. Then, after cleaning the system with acidic liquid, it is blown completely with nitrogen gas and washed with warm water. After blowing this warm water completely with nitrogen gas, it is sealed therein and kept warm. Finally, neutralizing and anticorrosive treatment is applied with neutralizing agent and anticorrosive agent, and after washing with water, cleaning operation is finished by blowing water with nitrogen gas.
