The extract is precipitated with a coagulant such as aluminum sulfate, streptomycin, etc., suspended again in an aqueous medium of pH≥5 to elute the soluble components, and filtered or centrifuged after the removal of the coagulant to remove the insoluble components. The solution of the active substance thus prepared is, if necessary, freeze-dried to obtain the solid active substance.
