PURPOSE:To prevent effectively beat frequency disturbance by converting a subcarrier led from another line into a frequency generating no beat signal and then by frequency-mixing this subcarrier into a carrier. CONSTITUTION:A main carrier from one line l1 between lines l1 and l2 of two systems and a subcarrier from the other line l2 are frequency-converted by frequency converter U3 into frequencies causing no beat signal and then frequency-mixed together by frequency mixer U4. Consequently, no beat signal is generated between the frequency-converted subcarrier and another subcarrier included in the main carrier in the form of being FM-modulated.
