PURPOSE:To reduce the transmission loss as well as to secure transmission of the aural signals without any disturbance of the higher harmonic wave for the signal transmission system which transmits the telautogram signals via the same channel as the aural signals by distributing the telautogram signals the reduction part of the aural signals. CONSTITUTION:In transmitting device S, the aural signals of telephone 1 are applied to one input of converter circuit 3 via PLF2, and the output signals of oscillator 4 are supplied to the other input of circuit 3. And the output of circuit 3 is applied to one side of compounding circuit 6 via LPF5. At the same time, the output of telautogram signal transmission part 7 is applied to the other side of circuit 6, and the telautogram signals are distributed at the low band part of the same channel as the aural signals for transmission.
