Abstract

PURPOSE:To transmit a signal wave in which two kinds of data signals are contained, by performing further amplitude modulation on FM-modulated signal wave. CONSTITUTION:An FM-modulated wave (a) is a signal which is obtained by modulating a carrier by a data signal. This FM-modulated wave (a) is AM-modulated by a data signal (b) as a carrier of an AM modulating circuit 3. Therefore, the FM modulation and the AM modulation are performed on the single carrier. When this signal is demodulated, the input signal of the FM modulation can regenerated by installing a limiter at the front step of an FM demodulating circuit. Moreover, an input signal subjected to amplitude modulation is demodulated easily by performing an envelope detection.
