PURPOSE:To cleanly keep indoor air by changing over inside and outside air in response to the electric resistance value of miscellaneous gases with oxidizing and reducing properties in an outside air introducing duct and an inside air introducing duct. CONSTITUTION:A change-over damper 2 energized in the direction that closes an opening of an outside air introducing duct 3 by means of a spring 12 is mounted to a portion where the outside air introducing duct 3 and an inside air introducing duct 4, which are connected to an air blowoff duct 11 to the interior of a room, are connected. Gas sensors 5, 6, which electric resistance value changes sensing miscellaneous gases with oxidizing and reducing properties, and each installed at right positions in the both ducts 3, 4, the variation of the electric resistance value is input to a comparator 7 by means of bridges, and the concentration of the miscellaneous geses in air in the both ducts 3, 4 is compared by comparing the change of the resistance value of the gas sensors 5, 6. When air in the inside air introducing duct 4 becomes dirtier than air in the outside air introducing duct 3, a contact 8' is closed by means of a relay 8, a solenoid 10 is excited and the damper 2 is changed over to a location shown in a dotted line.
