Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate the easy detection and thus to reduce both the amount of materials and the cost by providing a thin film of the magnetic and optical material featuring the Faraday effect in adhesion close onto both reflector plates provided on both surfaces of the substrate or via the optical transmission material.
