Abstract

PURPOSE: To record a discharge recording material at low voltage and high speed by sequentially laminating a conductive resin layer, a semiconductive resin layer and a conductive layer as three layers or further with a protective layer as four layers thereon.
CONSTITUTION: There are sequentially laminated first layer of thermoplastic resin matrix having 4W70 volumetric percent of nonmetallic conductivity imparting material such as carbon black or the like containing 5W50 microns of thickness, 105W 103 ohms of surface resistance of lower than 10 microns of thickness and residue of polyethylene, polepropylene, etc. with high film forming property and electric insulation, second layer of conductivity imparting matal fine powder of copper, silver or tin, or the like and resin matrix containing 2W40 microns of thickness and 1W 105 ohms of surface resistance, and third layer of metallic thin film of aluminum or gold, etc. or conductivity imparting material and resin matrix having lower than 104 ohms of surface resistance and lower surface resistance than the second layer in this order. Further, there is laminated additionally a fourth layer of protective layer having resin matrix containing higher than 102 times of the surface resistance and lower than 5 microns of thickness as main content to thus provide a conductive recording material.
