Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain uniformly heated hot water as well as to enhance thermal efficiency, by providing bent pipes with heat radiation fins attached, penetrating thru the inner cylinder whose bottom faces furnace bed, connecting the bottom part of the outer cylinder (which envelopes inner cylinder) and the upper part of the inner cylinder with pipe having a pump in the midway, and whereto water supply pipe is coupled.
CONSTITUTION: Bent pipe 3 having heat radiation fins 6 on its surface penetrates thru the inner cylinder 1 where bottom 5 faces the furnace bed 10, and the upper end of bent pipe 3 opens at the cover 4 of the outer cylinder 2 which envelopes the inner cylinder 1 and furnace bed 10. Lower part of the outer cylinder 2 and the cover 4 are connected by the pipe 7 which is equipped with pump 8 in its midway. Pump 8 circulates water at the lower part of the outer cylinder 2 to the inner cylinder 1. Water supply pipe 9 is coupled to the pipe 7. Water being heated at the inner cylinder 1 overflows from the upper edge of the inner cylinder 1 and stays inside of the outer cylinder 2. This constitution enables the supply of uniformly heated hot water, and because the outer cylinder 2 envelopes the furnace bed, the highest thermal efficiency is ensured.
