Abstract

PURPOSE:To minimize a burden on a mounting member to a window glass and also to make the window ready for opening by a method wherein a wiper shaft is provided slidably axially on the window glass through a bearing, and an interlocking claw is interlocked with a driving shaft on car body side. CONSTITUTION:A hole 4 is provided on a window glass 1 mounted on a car body 3 ready for opening with hinges 2, and a bearing 5 is mounted therethrough with a seal rubber 6, a washer 7 and a nut 8. A wiper shaft 9 is inserted in the bearing 5, energized inwardly with a spring 10 and stopped with a set clip 11. A wiper blade 13 is mounted on outer end of the wiper shaft 9 through an arm 12, and a stopper 14 to keep a constant position therefor is fixed on the window glass 1. An interlocking claw 15 having a projection is formed on inner end of the wiper shaft 9. Then, a wiper motor 16 is fixed on the car body 3 with a bracket 17, a groove 19 is provided at the tip of a driving shaft 18 to accept the interlocking claw 15 of the wiper shaft 9.
