In this case, the contacts of relay PSR are all closed, and the output is generated at output terminals X and Y of the over-1/n and over-2/n detection parts in 1/n drive test circuit CHK. And the operation can be confirmed for the above mentioned detection parts by reading maintenance operation unit MSCN from central processor CC.
