PURPOSE:To remove factors impeding high integration and also to prevent the occurrence of racing by attaining the high-speed operation and low power consumption of binary FF or C-MOS constitution. CONSTITUTION:Binary FFs401 and 402 are composed of master FFs41 and 41' and slave FFs42 and 42' respectively and between FFs401 and 402, clock signal line CLOCK is connected in common. Further, FF41 is provided with C-MOS inverter 47 composed of n-type MOS transistor Tr43, p-type Tr44, and p-type Trs45 and 46, and C-MOS inverter 52 composed of n and p-type Trs48 and 49, and p-type Trs50 and 51. Further, FF42 is also provided with C-MOS inverter 61 of n and p- type Trs57 and 58, and n-type Trs59 and 60, and C-MOS inverter 66 of p and n- type Trs62 and 63, and n-type Trs64 and 65.
