Abstract
PURPOSE:To keep an underground low temperature tank heated uniformly, by distributing the heating capacity dense at the center of the tank bottom and coarse at the external circumference of the bottom and on the side wall. CONSTITUTION:Pipes 2 with built-in heating wires are so laid that they are parallel in an inner tank 11, pass through an insulating layer 12 being deviated from the parallel extension and rise outside the external wall 13 at equal distances toward above the ground. Since the heating wires are uniformly distributed for the tank, the periphery of tank is heated uniformly. Other advantages of this system include elimination of effect of cold energy from the temperature tank on the structure, reduction in the number of vertical pipes and also reduction of cost with minimum heating facility.
