Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the cryogenic effect (strong heat-sink effect) of an underground tank from reaching the surrounding structres, by installing pipes in the ground between the tank and the structures and placing in each pipe a heater wire of which the calorific power increases with depth from the ground level.
