Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase both the frequency stability and the ratio between the carrier power and the noise at the frequency band higher than VHF by connecting the small-capacity capacitor plus the elastic surface wave element in series to the time constant circuit which decides the relaxation oscillation frequency. CONSTITUTION:Small-capacity capacitor 13 and elastic surface wave element 12 are connected in series between terminals 4 and 5 which decide the relaxation oscillation frequency of the voltage control multivibrator. As a result, the low frequency of element 12 which is caused by the inter-electrode electrostatic capacity is cut off by capacitor 13. And thus no coupling is given between element 12 and the multivibrator, and the basic frequency of element 12 functions to combine element 12 with the multivibrator. Thus the oscillation frequency is drawn into the basic frequency to start the steady oscillation.
