Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable to inject the injection signal from the reference signal generator to the injection synchronism oscillator efficiently with small size and light weight, by taking the frequency divided signal or high frequency signal of self-running frequency of the injection synchronism oscillator as the injection signal. CONSTITUTION:One terminal of the injection synchronism oscillator constituted with FET1 is connected to the impedance conversion circuit 3, and the circuit 3 is connected to the reference signal generator 5 via the filter 11 being the pass band at the injection signal frequency f0. On the other hand, another terminal of FET1 is connected to the impedance conversion circuit 7 and the circuit 7 is connected to the load 8 via the filter 12 being the pass band at the frequency f0. Further, the rest terminal of FET1 is connected to the reactance circuit 10 to take the frequency divided signal or the frequency signal near high frequency of the self-running frequency of the injection synchaonism oscillator as the injection signal. Thus, the injection signal from the generator 5 can be injected to FET1 with small size and light weight.
