Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to obtain a unit of a lower power consumption by controlling the power source voltage according to the circuit characteristic for an external factor, etc.
CONSTITUTION: The high potential-side power source line of circuit block 5 operated at a low voltage is connected to the high potential VDD side of power source 7, and the low potential-side power source line is connected to the low potential VSS side through MOSTr16 and is connected to charge pump circuit 18 of control means 100 which receives signals from measuring means 15. If the speed of the element in 5 exceeds a regulated value due to some cause, means 15 detects it to send a signal to circuit 18, and capacity 17 is discharged according to this signal transmission to lower VC, and the internal resistance of Tr16 is increased to reduce the voltage supplied to 5, thus reducing the speed of the element above. This circuit can be applied for an electronic watch and is low-power consumption and is suitable for change of external factors such as temperature change advantageously.
