Abstract

PURPOSE: To avoid an insufficient output by the method wherein, at the time of operation where a high output is demanded, the ahortage of intake air flow due to suction resistance caused by a suction air flow detection valve is compensated by air intake through an auxiliary air path bypassing the detection valve.
CONSTITUTION: Auxiliary air intake path 80 is provided which connects the upper stream of suction air flow detection valve 3 of suction path 1 and the lower stream of throttle valve 2 of suction path 1, and switching valve 81 is provided in the midway of this path 80. The opening and closing of switching valve 81 is controlled by operation condition detection device 82, which detects the operation condition in which a high output is required and issues a signal when the operation condition requiring a high output appears. Further, in order to increase fuel corresponding to the supplementary air drawn at the time of high output operation, auxiliary fuel path l9 is provided which connects supply path l2 below fuel pump 6 and the lower stream of fuel cut electromagnetic valve 12 of supply path l2, which leads fuel to ejection valve 10. This path l9 is provided with switching valve 83, which is controlled by device 82.
