Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify construction of a device and reduce its cost, by providing a fuel injection valve in the downstream of a throttle valve in an intake passage, communicating the fuel injection valve to the intake passage in the upstream of the throttle valve through an auxiliary air passage, interposing a control valve in said auxiliary air passage and controlling idle air quantity. CONSTITUTION:A fuel injection valve 1 is equipped in the downstream side from a throttle valve 7 in an intake passage 2 of the internal combustion engine, and a suction port 6A of a passage 6, introducing auxiliary air to an atomizer 5 surrounding an injection valve nozzle part 1A, is opened to the upstream side from the throttle valve 7 in the intake passage 2. Here an auxiliary air control valve 10 is interposed in a half way of said passage 6, and opening of said valve 10 is adjusted by a control circuit 11. Then a duty solenoid valve is used for the above described valve 10, and on-duty time of a pulse signal is more increased for the valve 10 at lower water temperature when the cooling water temperature is not higher than a prescribed level, further at the temperature not lower than a prescribed level idle speed is compared with a reference value, if the speed decreases, the valve is controlled to increase on-duty time, if the speed increases, the valve is controlled to decrease the on-duty time.
