PURPOSE:To simplify the arrangement of component on the front panel of a receiver while simplifying a display driver circuit without using a display method for turning display and stereophonic display, by attaining both tuning display and sterophonic display by using one display unit. CONSTITUTION:After FM radio waves inputted to an antenna are frequency-converted by frequency converter circuit 2 and then amplified by IF amplifier 5, the output of IF amplifier 5 is applied to FM detection circuit 5 and detected there, and a detected signal is applied to stereophonic demodulator circuit 6. Further, part of the intermidiate-frequency output of intermediate-frequency amplifier 4 and the output of detection circuit 5 are applied to tuning detection circuit 8, whose output is applied to normally-open electronic switch 11 to perform tuning desplay by LED display unit D.
