Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain the fast-curing type mold of easy regeneration without any limit of pot life and selectivity of sand by using the mixture in a wet state of sand for mold 100 parts and water-base thermosetting type phenolic resin 1W20 parts.
CONSTITUTION: So-called resol type phenolic resin reacted by alkaline catalyst with the molar ratio of formaldehyde to phenol being made 1 or more is dissolved or dispersed in water or the mixed solution composed primarily of water.
