Abstract

PURPOSE:To avoid occurrence of the abnormal noise caused by the dust of the magnetic powder or the like as well as the voice coil disconnection by forming a thin resin film of less than 0.05mm on the surface of the area which links to the magnetic gap of the magnetic circuit in the speaker. CONSTITUTION:Frame 6 is connected by welding onto upper plate 4 of magnetic circuit 5, and then thin film 14 of the resin or the like is formed on the circumference wall of the inner space 13 in circuit 5 including magnetic gap 11, on the upper surface of center pole 1, on the upper surface of plate 4 and on part of frame 6 respectively. Film 14 uses the epoxy resin, the phenole resin or the like with thickness of 0.05mm or less. In such constitution, the dust of the magnetic powder or the like remaining at teh operation time is shifted by the up-down vibration of the voice coil to stick to the voice coil. As a result, the abnormal sound caused by the gap rubbing and the voice coil disconnection can be prevented.
