CONSTITUTION:The frame 1, bobbin 3, cap 11, damper D and cone 2 are formed with the synthetic resin; and the outer fringe part D' of the dumper D, the inner circumference of the frame 1 and the center pole 6 are distributed concentrically. The cone 2 and the cap 11 are formed with a unified material, and at the same time the bobbin 3 and the damper D are formed into a body. Then bobbin 3 is bonded to the cone 2 via an adhesive or the heat fusing method, and the part D' of the damper D is bonded to the frame 1. In such way, the bobbin 3 can be provided within the gap between the yoke 5 and center pole 6 with no touch to the inner circumference of the yoke 5 and the outer circumference of the center pole 6.
