Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts and provide a simple assembling process by securing a first insulation spacer to the stationary electrode having an electret layer, providing a moving electrode 1 to this spacer then integraing these with part fixing frame bodies. CONSTITUTION:A first insulation spacer 7 which also serves as a moving electrode stretching frame body to a first stationary electrode 4 having an electret layer 5, and a moving electrode 1 is provided thereto and further a second insulation spacer 3' is disposed, after which a second stationary electrode 4' is disposed via moving electrode 1 so as to oppose to the first insulation spacer 7 and first stationary electrode 4 and these are integrated by part fixing frame bodies 6, 6'. Hence, the concurrent use of the insulation spacer and moving electrode stretching frame body may be made, the number of parts reduced and assembling simplified. In addition, characteristics may be improved by making the pressure deformation strength of the spacer 3 lower than that of the spacer 7.
