Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the speed of the switching action and thus to enhance easily the response velocity of the circuit by installing the low impedance element within the circuit and then making pass the charge and discharge electric charge necessary for switching through the low impedance element. CONSTITUTION:Capacitor C1 is connected to the base end of transistor Q3 which supplies the constant voltage to function as the low impedance element which transmits the charge and discharge electric charge at the switching time. Thus the switching velocity can be accelerated. The sufficient effect can be secured even with capacitor C1 of about 1pF to ensure well the constitution even in the integrated circuit.
