Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a number of cycle signals in an assured way in coupling to the moving substance by winding the coil round the ferromagnetic wire possessing the magnetic anisotropic soft and hard parts for arrangemet onto the fixed plate and then installing the rotor attached with the magnet in opposition to the coil. CONSTITUTION:Ferromagnetic wire 1 possesses the hard magnetic anisotropy of large holding force near the core of the wire plus the soft magnetic anisotropy of the high residual magnetism and smaller holding force toward the outer circumference part. Such wire 1 is attached radially to fixed plate 2. Detection coil 3 is wound to wire 1, and at the same time wire 1 is magnetized previously in the uni-axis forward direction. Then shaft 5 attached with magnet 4 is turned to plate 2. Thus the soft part of wire 1 is inverted backward with every turn of magnet 4 and then reversed forward to induce the pulse electromotive force with every reverse. And the pulses equivalent to the number of wire 1 can be generated continuously.
