Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the pressure in an unloading valve system from becoming excessive with a simple structure by providing a piston valve at the valve rod portion extended from a valve body to an outlet side port side and opening the valve body through the piston valve when the pressure at the outlet side becomes above predetermined value.
CONSTITUTION: A passage 4 for communicating inlet and outlet side ports 2 and 3, the inlet port 2 and the outlet port 3 are formed at a body 1. A valve body 6 is seated to a valve seat 5 formed oppositely to the passage 4. The valve body 6 is provided at a valve rod 7. The upper end of the valve rod 7 is engaged with the recess 9 formed on a seat plate 8. A spring 12 is interposed between the seat plate 8 and the valve body 6. The valve rod 7 is projected from the valve body 6 toward the passage 4 side. A piston valve 19 having a piston 16, a check valve 17 and a spring 18 is provided at the projected portion 7b of the valve rod 7. When the pressure at the port 3 side is higher than predetermined value, the check valve 17 is closed to cause the piston 16 to be urged upwardly to thereby open the valve body 6 so as to exhaust pressure liquid from an excessive water port 15.
