Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a piston-shaped four-way change-over valve which is easy to manufacture without use of actuator by inserting in free command of sliding a valve body equipped with one penetrating bore and two bypass passages into a cylinder which has four inlet and outlet ports.
CONSTITUTION: When compressed air has been flowed in through a lower part air port 34, and air has been flowed on through an upper part air port 32, a piston- shaped valve body 12 is positioned at the top dead point as shown in the figure, first inlet, outlet ports 24, 28 become direct connecting condition. Then, when the compressed air has been flowed in through the upper part air port 32 to a cylinder 20, and air has been flowed out through the lower part air port, the piston-shaped valve body 12 is positioned at the bottom dead point, the first inlet, outlet ports 24, 28 and a first passage bore 38 are interrupted, if a sanitary processing device is inserted between a second outlet port 26 and a second inlet port 30, the first inlet, outlet ports 24, 28 becomes bypass condition by second, third passages 40, 42.
