Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable detection of antibody by one-stage blood corpuscle agglutination preventive reaction by connecting antigen to blood corpuscle, diluting the connected antigen with serum or blood-plasma and adding serum to be detected thereto.
CONSTITUTION: Antibody is adsorbed to blood corpuscles of mammals or birds, etc. to thereby prepare an antibody detecting agent. Predetermined amount of the agent is added to the serum or blood-plasma removed from non-special reactive substance in advance to thereby dilute it in double stage. Serum to be detected is added thereto to thereby judge the one-stage HI value by the maximum diluting multiplication exhibiting the agglutination preventive reaction.
