Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform uniform distribution by falling particle powder on conical disc rotating in horizontal plane while dispersing the particle material through gas blowing from central portion. CONSTITUTION:When the gas is supplied from supply line through valve 16, it is blowed outwardly from blower 11 to rotate the exhaust control member 5 through vane 8. The partical material is fed from hopper 4 through inserting portion 2 into supply tube 1, and falls down while slipping or rotating on conical face of exhaust control member 5. It reaches to upper face of layer 32 while being applied with force due to the rotation of conical face. Then it is applied with gas pressure blown from gas blower through vane 8 and dispersed. Since it is dispersed and fallen down while applying complex forces, uniform distribution is acheaved in wide range.
